SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Plants :
Plant shipments are made every Monday and Wednesday of each week (except in exceptional weather conditions: extreme cold, heatwaves, etc.).
Our plants are generally between 15 and 20 cm in height. The root system is placed in a small recycled plastic container prepared by us. It is essential to repot your plants upon receipt.
The plants are packaged in a specific rigid plastic container that ensures excellent preservation of the plants thanks to its rigidity and moisture retention. This type of packaging guarantees a shelf life of at least 15 days, allowing the plants to withstand potential postal delays.
The plants are then placed in padded envelopes and shipped via the postal service (La Poste).
Delivery times depend on the postal services and generally range from 2 to 10 business days. These timeframes are not guaranteed, and any shipping or delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation from Ethnoplants.
Seeds :
Seed shipments are also made every Monday and Wednesday.
Delivery times are those provided by the postal services: 2 to 10 business days.
As with plant orders, these timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays in shipping or delivery do not entitle the buyer to compensation from Ethnoplants.
Seeds are packaged in small zip-lock bags labeled with the Latin and/or French name.
They are then sent in padded envelopes and shipped via standard green mail ("lettre verte") to your home.
SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR ORDERS
We urge you to pay close attention when entering your shipping information during checkout. Please ensure that all fields are correctly filled in, including any address complements (full name as it appears on your mailbox, house/building number, floor, building name, and if you live with someone else, their contact details).
Ethnoplants cannot be held responsible if your order is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
