CHAMOMILE plant
Matricaria suaveolens, also called chamomile, is a small annual plant with very jagged foliage.
Its flowers, tiny and yellow and white, are grouped in flower heads, and can be recognized by their smell.
The matricaria flowers from May to November just like chamomile or feverfew.
The leaves of matricaria are very fragrant.
We mainly find matricaria in herbal tea sold under the name chamomile.
It can also be used internally.
For external use, it is found in the form of a poultice.
Chamomile plant 5 to 15 cm high (spreading habit), delivered in a plug.
When you receive your Fragrant Matricaria plant, you will need to replant it either in a 3 liter pot with good potting soil, or directly in the ground in a well-sunny location.
Water well when planting, whether in a pot or directly in the garden.
