CHAMOMILE seeds
Chamomile, also called Matricaria chamomilla, is a small herb from the Asteraceae family.
It is one of the most consumed herbs in popular medicine because it is known for its multiple benefits on the body.
Its flowers are white and appear in summer.
Chamomile seeds are tiny and fine, yellow in color, they resemble those of St. John's wort.
